We thought for years that tulle was hideous, but now thanks to Gianmarco Lorenzi, it's winning our hearts back. Aren't these shoes GORGEOUS and so elegant?? What word would you use to describe them....?

These flips from Lilly Pulitzer are making their way on our list of summer necessities. What a great way to keep with the nautical trend, but divert from stripes! They'd be perfect for a trip to the Cape and/or the Islands, and considering that Nantucket has been on our minds lately {check back tomorrow and you'll know why} they seem quite appropriate. ADORABLE, right??

Who said your wedding shoes have to be 3 inch stilettos, or that your bridesmaids should have dyed satin shoes to match their dress? Well, if anyone ever did say that, this bride didn't listen... and we are so very glad. {By the way, I've secretly always wanted to be a Southern bride and wear cowboy boots under my dress, but this bride has proven you can do whatever you want and pull it off!} And The Photographix couldn't have captured it better.... we are obsessed! As many of you know, the much anticipated Anthropologie Wedding line {BHLDN} came out yesterday. We are officially melting over the gorgeous gowns and dresses that they have to offer. For those of you that have already said "I do" or picked out your wedding day wardrobe, don't kiss your BHLDN dreams goodbye. There are always shoes! {Specifically these handmade feather butterflies alight on petal-hued satin}.

Early this morning, with coffee in hand, I browsed my guilty pleasure shopping emails from Nordies, Neiman, ShopItToMe, Gilt, etc. I tiredly came across an up and coming trend: Retro. At first mention, I wasn't very intrigued, but after seeing these beauties at Nordstrom, I changed my mind. My never-ending obsession with the vintage chic look is alive and strong.
