When it comes to purses, I typically gravitate toward ones that are versatile and timeless. In my world form = function... but sometimes you just need a statement piece. I was totally thrown off when this Jimmy Choo tasseled beauty caught my eye. Completely out of my style range, but there is something so stunning about it! Perhaps it's the glittery pairing of guava colored threads + gold chain detailing? What do you think??

The Gatsby inspired wedding trend is among our favorites as of late. Christa and Luke merged a stunning color palette {read: pinks, bright raspberry, grey, silver & gold} with this old school influence to achieve a wedding day that completely blew us out of the water. The folks over at Style Me Pretty agreed... and we're excited to say that it was recently featured on their Little Black Book blog! You MUST check out this stunning feature.
We had the loveliest time working with Christa to design their custom wedding stationery. She loves paper goods just as much as we do... it was a match made in letterpress heaven! Of course we can't resist sharing a photo of their invitation suite {below} but also be sure to peruse the feature to see their fun day-of accessories!!

I'm gearing up to be packing, cleaning, moving and cleaning some more this holiday weekend... hopefully you're doing something much more relaxing or glamourous!! ;) Have a very sparkly weekend, friends!!
The time is near my friends... yes, fall is on our radar! Oh goodness, how did summer fly by so quickly? As much as we hate to part with sunny days, beach runs and the need for ice cream to keep cool, this fall has so many fun things in store!! Admittedly, I've been shopping a tad more than usual these days {can't blame a girl for wanting some cute clothes for the honeymoon!} and have fallen in love with some of the new collections that are anticipating the change of seasons. Aren't these bags from Banana Republic to die for?! Which would you choose?
These days finding the perfect LWD {little white dress} is a necessity for every bride. Whether it's for the rehearsal + dinner or for a getaway dress, this is a MUST. The one time in our lives where we get to rock a plain white frock without the worry of a faux pas. Once I realized this great opportunity staring me in the face, I started the hunt for my own little white dress. While on my journey, I stumbled upon these:

Admittedly, I have a love- hate relationship with this color. On one hand, I think it's fresh, versatile and fun but the artistic side of me hates it since there are SO MANY SHADES. Seriously. Every time I hear coral, I wonder: is it red coral, or more of a pink coral? Could it be more of an orange coral or neon coral? Heavens! That aside, I really do love the color... I promise!! It's about time Friday rolled around again! These days my weekends are filled with wedding errands, baby shower planning & packing to move into my new apartment that I'll eventually share with my man once we're married. Needless to say, as much as I love the weekdays filled with beautiful paper and the sweetest clients EVER ... I will treasure these next 2 days in a very special way. ;) So here's to weekend excitement!!

Over the weekend, my Boston based bridesmaids threw me a bridal shower at this fabulous tapas bar in the South End. Now can I just say for a second that I have the BEST friends?! The day was beyond special- every detail- and the food was delicious. This was my third time setting foot in a tapas restaurant within 2 weeks and I realized how much I truly LOVE them. So needless to say, I hit up Pinterest for some recipes that I'm dying to try on my own and I couldn't resist sharing with you all!! Please let me know if you give one a go- or if you have any other recipes that I can't live without.

Today we're taking a break from weekend inspiration to let you in on some recent research I've been conducting. As you may know, my man and I are in the peek of wedding planning (about a month away!!!!) and so we're checking off lots of things on the grand to-do list. One thing that I've been mulling over is a creative approach to a guest book. While I'm not against the often seen book of photos from an e-session, that option is not on the table for us since we've had such a whirlwind, short engagement... and didn't have time for the traditional photo shoot. So here are some fun, unique ideas if you're in the same boat, or if you're just craving something different:

Laura and Rich's invitation suite was one of my absolute favorites from last year. Their New York Yacht Club wedding was packed full of sweet elegance with a lush seaside garden feel. Their coral and soft gold letterpress invitation suite set the tone just perfectly and we carried out their designs in their day of details too!
Isn't that metallic chevron envelope liner to die for?! Well, we were beyond excited to hear that The Knot Boston loved Laura & Rich's wedding enough to publish it in their magazine as well as online!!

Hi friends! I hope you had a lovely weekend!! Emily and I had a fabulous time with the ladies celebrating my bachelorette weekend at the Cape. There's nothing quite like good girl time. :) This week, we're kicking things off this this rich, feminine color combo that has me swooning. I love how elegant and feminine the contrast of fuchsia and shades of gold can be, especially that rose gold!! What do you think? Would you ever have these as your wedding colors?
Another week gone by and MAN, that one flew!! I'm especially excited for this weekend where I'll be spending the next few days relaxing on the Cape with some of my closest Boston based lady friends!! Such a fabulous way to celebrate my "farewell to single status". While much of the weekend is a surprise, I've been told we'll be doing some of the following... feel free to jump on board and get inspired by these celebratory ideas :)
You better believe that feet will be in the sand and the sun will be kissing our bodies! That's no reason to get carried away however, so like any responsible bride-to-be, I'll be toting sunscreen and a floppy hat. While I'm in desperate need of a tan, there's no need for burning or sunspots!
