Long ago I fell in love with C.Wonder's classic nylon tote... it's such a practical purchase, between being durable, versatile & fashionable! Though I tend to gravitate toward solids {especially for handbags} I usually love the seasonal prints for this bag. This seasons print however, is an earthy camo with a complimentary "hunting" orange. I have mixed emotions... for a multi-season bag, I vote no... however for fall, it's kind of cute?! What do you think? Please weigh in!
Pretty Paper: Molly & Thomas
Today I am over the moon, excited to share with you this particular Save the Date. We've been holding back this beauty for a really good reason... knowing the the wedding and stationery were going to be featured in Martha Stewart Weddings! Now that the issue is on stands (more details to come!!) is the perfect time to give you a peek at the pretty letterpress booklet that was sent to all guests so they could anticipate the fabulous wedding weekend that Molly & Thomas were planning. Enjoy this for now... and we'll share more about their full feature + invitation suite very soon!!

Let's justify this
Summer's end is near and I've got to say that it's been a bit of a challenge to find cute sandals for my upcoming trip {honeymoon!!!} to St. Lucia. Yes, I probably should have started searching in peek season when the sandals were plentiful, but now I'm forced to look in unconventional spots... which is proving to be quite excellent. So, I've recently fallen for these leather sandals from & Other Stories. Case and point: I might have missed this gem!

Happy Monday
For the last few weeks I've been searching high and low for the perfect cake platter for the big day... less then 2 weeks to go! Though we've landed on a decision, I'm totally kicking myself for not running into this adorable DIY glitter cake platter from the fabulous blog, Sugar & Cloth:

Weekend inspiration
This weekend is all about getting stuff done and relaxing! After spending last weekend moving and the evenings of this week unpacking, I am excited to have some days to nest, rest and get caught up on some more wedding to-do's. What do you have planned this weekend?
Get fresh flowers!
Adding fresh flowers to any space brightens my mood and adds a sweet smell that is OH SO NEEDED to cover up the fresh paint smell in our new place. You better believe that I'm excited to grab some blooms to keep me company for the weekend!

Make breakfast
My mind has been stuck on these home made pop tarts ever since I saw them on Pinterest. While I can't wait to break in some of my new kitchen toys, I think this is the perfect first project!

Rock some bling!
This weekend I'm devoting time to finalizing my wedding day jewelry. I'm ridiculously excited to score some new bling that can be worn for months & years after the big day... and these baubles from JCrew seem pretty darn promising!

Happy weekending!!
A tasseled beauty
When it comes to purses, I typically gravitate toward ones that are versatile and timeless. In my world form = function... but sometimes you just need a statement piece. I was totally thrown off when this Jimmy Choo tasseled beauty caught my eye. Completely out of my style range, but there is something so stunning about it! Perhaps it's the glittery pairing of guava colored threads + gold chain detailing? What do you think??

Featured: Christa + Luke
The Gatsby inspired wedding trend is among our favorites as of late. Christa and Luke merged a stunning color palette {read: pinks, bright raspberry, grey, silver & gold} with this old school influence to achieve a wedding day that completely blew us out of the water. The folks over at Style Me Pretty agreed... and we're excited to say that it was recently featured on their Little Black Book blog! You MUST check out this stunning feature.
We had the loveliest time working with Christa to design their custom wedding stationery. She loves paper goods just as much as we do... it was a match made in letterpress heaven! Of course we can't resist sharing a photo of their invitation suite {below} but also be sure to peruse the feature to see their fun day-of accessories!!
A huge thank you to Meghan Sepe Photography for capturing this beautiful day and to Exquisite Events for bringing Christa & Luke's vision to life!

I'm gearing up to be packing, cleaning, moving and cleaning some more this holiday weekend... hopefully you're doing something much more relaxing or glamourous!! ;) Have a very sparkly weekend, friends!!
Fail proof fall fashion
The time is near my friends... yes, fall is on our radar! Oh goodness, how did summer fly by so quickly? As much as we hate to part with sunny days, beach runs and the need for ice cream to keep cool, this fall has so many fun things in store!! Admittedly, I've been shopping a tad more than usual these days {can't blame a girl for wanting some cute clothes for the honeymoon!} and have fallen in love with some of the new collections that are anticipating the change of seasons. Aren't these bags from Banana Republic to die for?! Which would you choose?
Perfecting the LWD
These days finding the perfect LWD {little white dress} is a necessity for every bride. Whether it's for the rehearsal + dinner or for a getaway dress, this is a MUST. The one time in our lives where we get to rock a plain white frock without the worry of a faux pas. Once I realized this great opportunity staring me in the face, I started the hunt for my own little white dress. While on my journey, I stumbled upon these:

What do you think?? I need help!
No shoes, no problem
Isn't this such a sweet idea for a beach wedding? Though we OBSESS over shoes every week, there is nothing quite like the feeling of naked feet with toes in the sand... especially when witnessing a wedding!

Happy Tuesday Shoesday!
Color Crush: Coral
Admittedly, I have a love- hate relationship with this color. On one hand, I think it's fresh, versatile and fun but the artistic side of me hates it since there are SO MANY SHADES. Seriously. Every time I hear coral, I wonder: is it red coral, or more of a pink coral? Could it be more of an orange coral or neon coral? Heavens! That aside, I really do love the color... I promise!! Enjoy today's round up of all of coral's pretty variations:
Happy Friday
It's about time Friday rolled around again! These days my weekends are filled with wedding errands, baby shower planning & packing to move into my new apartment that I'll eventually share with my man once we're married. Needless to say, as much as I love the weekdays filled with beautiful paper and the sweetest clients EVER ... I will treasure these next 2 days in a very special way. ;) So here's to weekend excitement!!

What do you have up your sleeves for the weekend?
Bring on the bling
Sometimes you just need to add a little bling to an outfit, right? What do you think of these gigantic jewel clutches by Stella McCartney to get the job done?

Here it is in action...

I'm actually loving the contrast against that simple white ensemble!! Would you ever give it a go?
Make a statement
For brides that are looking to add some character to a simple, classic dress, we're loving the idea of accessorizing with a fabulous statement necklace. There are so many beautiful options out there and not only are they reasonably priced, but you can wear them again!! I'm going with a statement necklace for my big day and along the way on my search, I fell in love with these:
1- Aldo
2- Tildon
3- JCrew
4- Kendra Scott
6- Kate Spade
As a hint, the one I chose is not on here! ;)
Pretty in pink
Happy Tuesday Shoesday!! Today I'm completely drooling over these pink platform heels... perfectly finished with a bow! Wouldn't this pair of shoes make any bride feel a touch more glamourous?

A little tapas soirée
Over the weekend, my Boston based bridesmaids threw me a bridal shower at this fabulous tapas bar in the South End. Now can I just say for a second that I have the BEST friends?! The day was beyond special- every detail- and the food was delicious. This was my third time setting foot in a tapas restaurant within 2 weeks and I realized how much I truly LOVE them. So needless to say, I hit up Pinterest for some recipes that I'm dying to try on my own and I couldn't resist sharing with you all!! Please let me know if you give one a go- or if you have any other recipes that I can't live without.

Fresh guest book ideas
Today we're taking a break from weekend inspiration to let you in on some recent research I've been conducting. As you may know, my man and I are in the peek of wedding planning (about a month away!!!!) and so we're checking off lots of things on the grand to-do list. One thing that I've been mulling over is a creative approach to a guest book. While I'm not against the often seen book of photos from an e-session, that option is not on the table for us since we've had such a whirlwind, short engagement... and didn't have time for the traditional photo shoot. So here are some fun, unique ideas if you're in the same boat, or if you're just craving something different:
Stack of coasters:
How cute would these be displayed in stacks and tied together with a ribbon?!
{via}
Plates:
Have your guests sign china to display in your home... on the wall, on a hutch or otherwise!
{via}
Your new initial:
You're getting a new last name so why not embrace it with pride?! There are many shops on Etsy that you can order letters on- you can even choose the size and color!
{via}
Travel lovers:
Have guests sign a globe to display in your home. They can even write a little note about where they think you should visit!
{via}
Puzzled:
I love this idea of having guests sign the back of puzzle pieces, though the picture would either have to be massive or the pieces would have to be pretty little. Either way, it's such a fun idea!

Have a fabulous weekend!!
